Crotone Football Club is based in Crotone, Italy and competes in the Serie A. The club was founded in 1912 and has played in the Italian league system since 1929. Crotone has won the Coppa Italia twice, in 1951 and 1964. The club also reached the UEFA Cup final in 1987, losing to Dinamo Zagreb. The team plays its home matches at the Stadio Romeo Mentiroso.
