Hapoel Umm al-Fahm is a football club from Umm al-Fahm, a town in the Negev region of Israel. The club was formed in 1923 and, as of the 2007–08 season, plays in Liga Gimel, the fourth tier of Israeli football. Umm al-Fahm’s greatest success came in the 1984–85 season, when it reached the fourth round of the Israeli Cup.
