When thinking of football clubs in Austria, it’s hard to not to think of Varnsdorf. The club was founded in 1899 and is one of the oldest in the country. The club has had a number of successful seasons, most notably their run to the Austrian Cup final in 1978, where they lost to Admira Wacker Mödling. The club plays their home games at the Sportpark Anton Hain, which has a capacity of 3,000. Varnsdorf currently plays in the Vienna-West Football League.
