Avranches FC, commonly known as Avranches, is a French football club based in the town of Avranches in the department of Manche. The club was founded in 1919 and played in the fourth tier of French football during the 2007–08 season, but was relegated to the fifth tier for the 2008–09 season. In the 2012–13 season, Avranches reached the third tier for the first time in their history, and also qualified for the 2013 edition of the Coupe de France. Avranches FC play their home games at the Stade André-Mauroy.
