Blackpool Football Club is a professional association football club based in Blackpool, Lancashire, England. The team plays in the Championship, the second tier of English football. Formed in 1887, Blackpool have played in the top division of English football on seven occasions, reaching the FA Cup Final twice, in 1910 and 1952. The club’s homeground since 1892 has been Bloomfield Road.
