Cuiaba FC is a Brazilian football club based in Cuiaba, Mato Grosso. The club was founded on October 28, 1957. They play in the Campeonato Mato Grosso state. The club is affiliated to the Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF).
Cuiaba FC has competed in the top division of Brazilian football on six occasions, most recently in the 2011 season. The club made the finals of the state championships in 2004 and 2006. They also won the Série B in 1995. Cuiaba FC has also participated in six Copa Libertadores tournaments, most recently in the 2003 season. They reached the second round of the tournament in 2001 and 2005.
