Elversberg is a professional football club from the city of Hamburg, Germany. The club was formed in 1905 and played its first competitive match in 1907. Elversberg played in the 2. Bundesliga until 2007, when they were relegated to the Regionalliga Nord. In 2012, the club changed its name to FC Union Berlin and were promoted back to the 2. Bundesliga in 2014. The club plays its home matches at the Arena Elversberg.
