Stoke City U21s are a young football club formed in 1990. The club operates in the Football League 2, the fourth tier of English football. In the 2007–08 season, Stoke City U21s reached the fourth round of the FA Cup. The club also reached the semi-finals of the Football League Trophy in 2008. In the 2009–10 season, Stoke City U21s reached the fourth round of the FA Cup and the semi-finals of the Football League Trophy. In the 2010–11 season, Stoke City U21s reached the third round of the FA Cup.
