Waregem is a Belgian football club based in Waregem, East Flanders. They play in the Belgian Pro League. Waregem was founded in 1910 and played their first official game in 1912. The club has played in the Belgian First Division continuously since 1946. Waregem were crowned champions of Belgium in 1965 and 1997. They reached the 2006 edition of the UEFA Cup, the club’s only European final.
