Atletico-MG is a Brazilian football club based in the city of MG. The team was formed on July 21, 1917, and played their first official match on November 3 of that year. Atletico-MG is one of the most successful Brazilian football clubs and have won thirteen national championships. The club also has two Copa Libertadores, one Intercontinental Cup, and one Recopa Sudamericana. The team’s home stadium is the Estádio Atletiba MG.
