Bath Rugby Football Club is one of the oldest professional rugby clubs in the world. Formed in 1892, they have played their home games at the Recreation Ground in Bath since 1907. The Rec is one of the largest grounds in the country and is currently home to Bath Rugby and Bath City Football Club. The rugby club runs three senior teams, a development side and a mini rugby club. In May 2016, Bath Rugby became the first club in the Aviva Premiership to be crowned European champions.
