Cittadella, commonly known as Cittadella or simply Cittadella, is an Italian football club based in Cittadella, Abruzzo. The club was founded in 1909 and currently plays in Lega Pro. Cittadella reached the Torneo di Viareggio twice, in 1955 and 1960, as well as the Coppa Italia once, in 1963. In the 2006–07 season, they narrowly avoided relegation from Lega Pro.
The club plays its home games at the 12,000-capacity Stadio Cittadella. The club’s colours are red and blue. Cittadella’s official anthem is “Giovinezza”.
