Deportivo La Coruna, professionally known as Deportivo de La Coruna, is a Spanish football club based in the city of La Coruna, Galicia. The team was formed on 5 March 1908 and reached the La Liga in 1929 and the UEFA Europa League in 2004. Their home ground is the RC de La Coruna, which holds a capacity of 41,183. Deportivo La Coruna have played in the top division of Spanish football ever since its establishment in 1928. The team has finished in the top five of La Liga on four occasions, most recently in 2004. They reached the semi-finals of the UEFA Europa League in 2010. Deportivo La Coruna have also reached the Copa de la Liga final on three occasions, winning it twice.
