Caldas SC is a football club from the city of Caldas in the Brazilian state of Rio Grande do Sul. The club was founded on November 14, 1901, making it one of the oldest in the country and one of the oldest formally registered football clubs in South America. The club has played its home games at the Estádio Capitão Artur Ramos since 1952.

Primarily playing in the regionalised Rio Grande do Sul Serie A, Caldas SC has enjoyed some success, most notably during the 1990s when they finished as runners-up on three occasions (1990, 1994, and 1998). The club has also enjoyed some international success, qualifying for the Copa Libertadores twice (2005 and 2007).
