Spalax Football Club is a Greek football club based in the city of Alexandroupolis in Thessaly. The team currently plays in the Football League, the third tier of the Greek football league system.

The club was founded in 1965 and played its first official game in 1966. They competed in the regional section of the Greek football league system until the collapse of the military junta in 1974. They then joined the newly founded Alpha Ethniki where they played for six seasons, until the 1981–82 season when they were relegated to the Delta Ethniki.

The club played in the Regional Football League from 1992 until the 2007–08 season when they were promoted to the Football League. They played in the Football League until the relegation in 2016. The club competed in the Regional Football League again in the 2016–17 season and was promoted back to the Football League.
